Rhode Island: Fail.

So the Connecticut Supreme Court just ruled that same-sex couples have the right to legally marry there. Good. So, now Rhode Island is bordered by two states with equal marriage rights. Two other New England states have civil unions, and even Maine has some easily accessible although limited protections for same-sex partners. Way to go, Rhode Island, for lagging behind once again.
